Plain English, and short. Using Crontender means agreeing to the following.
What you get
A licence to install and use Crontender on Macs you own or control, for as long as you like. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or take it apart and ship the pieces.
What Crontender does, and what it cannot promise
Crontender runs AI coding agents on your machine, unattended, on a schedule you set. Those agents can read files, write files, and run shell commands inside the folder a job is pointed at. A permission level above read-only is enforced by an operating-system sandbox, and that sandbox is the reason a run stays in its folder — but no sandbox is a guarantee about what a model will decide to do with the access it has been given.
Point jobs at folders whose contents you can afford to lose, and keep backups. This is the one sentence in here worth reading twice.
The agents are not ours
Claude Code, Codex, opencode and pi are separate products from separate companies, and your use of them is governed by their terms and their pricing, not ours. Crontender starts them; it does not supply them, and it does not include a model or an API subscription.
No warranty
Crontender is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EganAI LLC is not liable for lost data, lost work, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
Updates
The app can check for and install updates, signed with a key only we hold. You can turn automatic checking off in Settings. We may change or discontinue features between versions; a copy already installed keeps working.
Ending it
You can stop using Crontender at any time by deleting it. This licence ends if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
